Correction register | Standards Body

Every recorded correction to a public Library record. A correction changes the record openly: what was wrong, what is now stated, and what was preserved. Released versions are never silently edited; where a released artifact contains the corrected error, the artifact is preserved as released and the correction is documented here and on the record's page.

Corrections are listed newest first. Anyone may report an error in any record; the routes are on the Contact page. Severity reflects effect on substance: a metadata correction changes dates, identifiers, or record fields; a substantive correction changes a claim and is additionally noted on the record itself.

The values displayed on each record page were correct throughout, the released artifacts are unchanged, and the immutable copies remain byte-identical to the downloads. catalog.json now carries the verified checksums of the released files. Markdown and PDF values were correct throughout.
SB-COR-2026-0001	A Crosswalk of Frontier AI Safety Frameworks	July 23, 2026	Low, metadata	Release-date metadata corrected. The page metadata and citation line stated July 17, 2026; the correct release date is July 18, 2026, as stated by the visible record, the method section, and the library catalog. The Version 1.0 downloadable HTML artifact retains the original date line and is preserved as released, checksum unchanged. No substantive content affected.
