Open-questions register

Standards Body treats acknowledged uncertainty as part of the record. The project’s open questions are not held in a separate list; they are recorded inside the canonical documents so that they are versioned, correctable, and read in context. This register records where they live.

The consolidated research agenda across all eight foundations is recorded in the Foundations Appendix, in its Consolidated Research Agenda section. Each foundation paper additionally records its own evidence gaps, unresolved objections, and research agenda:
